Bison Fuels was born from a simple observation: hydrogen customers were being underserved. As Head of Business Development at a hydrogen technology company, our founder Alexandra Goldstein spent years watching promising projects stall because developers built first and sought customers second.

The insight was clear: successful hydrogen projects start with the customer. Understanding their operational requirements, their timeline, their technical constraints. Then working backwards to identify the right technology and structure the right project.

Alex assembled a team that can execute on this vision. Professionals from oil & gas who understood large-scale infrastructure. Energy lawyers who had structured complex transactions. Technologists who could evaluate and optimize across production methods. Together, they built Bison Fuels to do what the industry needed: develop hydrogen projects in true partnership with the customers who would use them.
